My name is Paulo Monlleo and I am the General Manager for Mummy's Day Off Catering.
I have over 20 years of experience working in first class restaurants
throughout Santa Barbara and Montecito.
I have been proud to provide top quality service for
the Stonehouse at San Ysidro Ranch, Cava and Carlitos Restaurants.

We have a friendly staff composed of my friends and family,
all with professional experience in the catering and food service industry.
Our staff includes my brother and business partner, Andre Monlleo.
Andre is also the current General Manager of Cava Restaurant
and a former Head Server at the Four Seasons-Biltmore in Montecito.
Pedro Lupion, Paulo Cavazotti and Rovin Garcia are also part of our very qualified staff.
